I love this clean and gentle Stockholm-based apartment. White, wood, natural colours with a few touches of black and colour emanate the perfect atmosphere. The furniture has refined lines, and the minimum amount of it makes sure that it does not obstruct the field of vision and let the gaze appreciate the volumes. Also, the light colours make sure it does not overload the atmosphere and create a more limited sense of space. The free windows let much daylight in the large rooms and the white walls enlarge the area and capture a maximum of light.
This minimalist apartment is pleasant and warm at the same time. The idea of having a few useful decorative objects rather than an accumulation of trinkets inspires me. The large carpet in the lounge brings a warm atmosphere, the leather armchair and the sublime chairs of the dining room are amazing! The lovely camaieu of pink and fawn on the bed creates a cosy corner.
The natural materials and neutral shades do not create visual clutter or over-stimulate the look. The discrete colours (beige, white, grey, and camel) form a soothing base for the eyes, from which you can create more pronounced accents (black and more vivid colours, for example, or printed). Also, these shades create a warm atmosphere.
Green accents, with a ubiquity of plants, makes the room more "lively" and pleasant. Also, the variety of large specimens, small pots, and leaves or flowers cut in vases brings a precious presence to any room. The touches of colour bring emotions to this interior, and the prints add visual interest. Balance is essential in this apartment, and this a minimal style combined with bohemian items creates the perfect mixture.
